  Only giving one star bc I have to, this company reported a collection account to my credit report that I had absolutely no knowledge of , it is 2 years old or older from a water comp that I had service with at a prior address , which when I moved I told them to shut it off and gave my new address and I was told I wouldn't owe a bill that my deposit would cover it . I have never gotten any bill or anything from the company , I get an alert today about a collection acct on my reports and I call Midsouth Adjusted to figure out why for 2 years if I owed this bill have I bot gotten one single bill, well I know for a fact they have to send me a dunning notice and give me 30 days to validate or dispute the debt which I never got , and they said they sent it to my old address . They are not willing to work with me at all to get this removed from my report so I'm in process of filing complaints with the CRA and the CFPB . This is not right at all they don't want to work with ppl who are more than willing to pay if the debt is legit . They are very unethical at best .

  It's a collection agency. Depending on the agent you get, they can be very nice to extremely rude. If you have any outstanding medical bills from Saline Memorial Hospital, you will be getting a call from these guys. If you don't talk to them and work out any arrangements, they will take you to court. Medical insurance is great when it doesn't pay for jack, right? Not sure who else they collect for.
