- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The service at the Pine Bluff pharmacy is horrible. Anytime I try to call, no matter what time of day, they rarely answer the phone. If they do, I am placed on hold for at least 15 minutes or more. When I go in, there is never more than 1 person at the counter, no matter how long the line is. The staff are not friendly. No one there goes out of their way to help anyone. If I had a competitive pharmacy elsewhere I would switch instantly. I do not recommend this location.May 10, 2017by Vicki Hughes
